How to order

Once registered, all orders are placed on our website at wholesale.petbucket.com. All of your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) so that it can not be read by anyone over the internet. If you have high volume of orders we also provide various forms of integrations like API access, Google Sheets and Zapier to make life easy for you.

Shipping/Arrival Time


PetBucket.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. You will receive an automated email from us when your order is shipped.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 business hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most orders should be received within 7-15 business days from the time that you place your order.

Inventory/Datafeed

PetBucket can supply you with a inventory datafeed that contains a detailed (and up to date) account of our inventory.

The datafeed includes the following information:
1)SKY and Title of the product
2)Picture and product description (if available).
3)Standard wholesale cost and suggested selling price.

Inventory is updated daily with new products added every day. Consequently, products are taken out of our inventory when they are no longer available. Therefore, to minimize the likelihood of any out of stocks, we recommend that our drop shippers update their inventory daily with our datafeed.

Returns

We accept returns. Total amount minus shipping and 10% re-stocking fee will be credited to your account once we receive the undamaged and un opened goods.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it progresses to the next stage with the packing. Once your package is received and you wish to return it, please visit our website and review our return policy.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. It is your responsibility to contact and credit your customer.
